In the end, everything got sorted out, but the exchange definitely took longer than I expected. Support did reply and helped move things along, so it was okay overall, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the sizing was mostly good, but i do think the whole half-size option being harder to choose on some styles deserves an apology. It would make the process a lot easier

The designs are okay, I guess. Nothing really bad, but there just isn’t a whole lot to pick from. It feels kind of limited, like you look through it quick and that’s about it.
